Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Material Handler II to operate reach trucks and other powered equipment, moving components between production, staging, and shipping areas. You will use SAP/ERP to log inputs and outputs and ensure materials flow accurately.

This role starts at $20.50 per hour and includes a $500 sign-on bonus. You will join a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to grow within a global logistics organization.

Qualifications

• One year of experience operating a reach truck.
• 1+ years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on materials, processes, and finished goods.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming materials.
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service level expectations.
• Support audits, process checks, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed.
