Job summary

Arvato in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Material Handler II to operate a reach truck and move component materials between production, staging and shipping areas. You will use SAP/ERP inputs and outputs to transport goods across departments.

This is a flexible part-time position with no minimum weekly hours and up to 24 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts on weekends at two Shepherdsville locations. Requires 1 year reach truck experience and warehouse familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of reach truck operation experience.
• 1+ year in warehouse or logistics.
• Knowledge of WMS for warehouse activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on materials, processes, and finished goods.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming materials.
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service level expectations.
• Support audits, process checks, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed.
