Arvato is seeking a Material Handler II for onsite work in Shepherdsville, KY. You will operate a reach truck and other equipment to move materials between production, staging, and storage locations, while using SAP/ERP for tracking and transporting goods to shipping.

The role starts at $20.50/hour with a $500 sign-on bonus. Candidates should have at least one year of reach truck experience and 1+ year in warehousing or logistics, plus a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of WMS used for warehouse activities is required.

Job Description

As a Material Handler II at Arvato, you will be responsible for operating various powered industrial equipment, primarily a reach truck, to accurately transport component materials between the production departments and stage/storage locations. You will also use SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs as well as transport finished and semi-finished goods from production departments to shipping or other appropriate locations.

Starts at $20.50/hour

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus

YOUR TASKS

• Perform quality inspections on materials, processes, and finished goods
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming materials
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service level expectations
• Support audits, process checks, and continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

• Have at least one year of experience operating a reach truck.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system) pertaining to warehouse activities required
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
