Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift in St. Charles, IL. You will read work orders, move and stack materials, and load/unload goods, using hand tools and possibly a forklift. You will maintain accurate production records and ensure proper labeling throughout the shift.

The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, basic math, and attention to detail. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and 401(k) matching; standard PTO applies.

Qualifications

• Reads work orders to determine materials to move and handles per instruction.
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per operating instructions.
• Completes stock description forms and labeling requirements for incoming/outgoing materials.
• Operates shrink-wrap, strapping equipment, pallets, and related handling tools.
• May operate forklift or other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders or verbal instructions to ascertain materials to be moved.
• Feeds, removes, moves, and stacks printed sheets, labels, or other products between equipment.
• Loads/unloads materials onto pallets or trucks; secures loads with straps.
• Transports materials using hand truck, dolly, or forklift when needed.
• Counts and records quantities moved on daily production sheets.
• Attaches tags/labels to materials and records information on containers.
• Stacks materials into bundles using banding equipment.
• May operate automated equipment or industrial trucks to assist loading.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervision.
