Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to support inbound and outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment in a dynamic Las Vegas facility. You will move materials, perform cycle counts, and maintain ERP/WMS records while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in warehouse operations or related field.
• Forklift/pallet jack experience with current certification or able to obtain.
• Basic computer proficiency with ERP/WMS familiarity.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory.
• Ability to read part numbers and warehouse docs accurately.
• Able to work independently and in a team; communicate well.
• Willing to work overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, label, receive, store, stage, issue, transfer, and distribute materials per procedures.
• Verify incoming materials against POs, packing slips, and BOLs.
• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report concerns.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment per safety rules.
• Deliver materials to fulfillment lines and internal locations based on priorities.
• Pick, transact, stage, and issue materials per work orders and schedules.
• Complete inventory transactions in ERP/WMS and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain labeled, organized locations and ensure traceability.
• Perform cycle counts and location audits to support accuracy.
• Report inventory discrepancies and nonconformances; avoid premature adjustments.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure material availability.
• Follow procedures for handling high-value or electrostatic-sensitive materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and 5S standards.
• Identify continuous-improvement opportunities in material flow and safety.
• Provide guidance to newer team members without formal supervision.
• Assist during peak periods, system implementations, and changing fulfillment demands.
• Complete required documentation and maintain records of transactions and activities.
