Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Hebron, KY is seeking a warehouse associate to execute essential operational processes in a busy warehouse. You will support receiving, storage and dispatch activities while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include stocking, order fulfillment, equipment operation and basic training support. The role requires a HS diploma or GED and forklift certification is often required within a few months of hire. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred and standard in most operations within 3–6 months of hire.
• Able to operate hand and power tools and basic warehouse equipment.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform manual labor tasks including picking, counting, staging and loading goods.
• Coordinate receipt, storage and distribution of materials within the area.
• Sort and place materials on racks and shelves according to predefined characteristics.
• Assist with training new hires and act as lead operator in small teams when needed.
• Operate forklift as required and safely handle goods.
• Complete and verify paperwork to ensure inventory accuracy and successful deliveries.
• Identify and escalate operational or service concerns and help resolve them.
