Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Material Handler to support manufacturing by receiving, storing, and distributing materials. You will use ERP systems and RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely material availability, while following safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), RF scanning, and forklift operation. The role requires physical effort and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds; certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory transactions and material tracking.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience; certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt of incoming materials, including unloading shipments, verifying quantities and documentation, and performing system transactions to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Receive, store, stage, and issue materials to support production schedules and operational requirements.
• Perform inventory and material transactions using ERP systems and RF scanning devices.
• Transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other approved equipment.
• Verify material quantities, part numbers, and inventory accuracy prior to issuance.
• Support line-side replenishment, inventory control, cycle counts, and stock audits.
