Job summary

Travero, a logistics solutions company and subsidiary of Alliant Energy, seeks a Material Handler II for its Fairfax, IA operation. You will operate bulk handling equipment, load and unload trailers, and maintain inventory while working in varying temperatures and outdoors when needed.

You will use conveyors, forklifts, and other warehouse tools, follow WMS/ERP procedures, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5 years forklift experience in warehouse and yard.
• Experience with heavy equipment (wheel loader, conveyors, boom lifts).
• Experience with WMS/ERP.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulk material handling equipment such as conveyors, wheel loader, sky track.
• Secures trailers to docks and provides trailer information to the office.
• Operate electric forklift and warehouse equipment to move product safely.
• Follow WMS/ERP and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Loads/unloads trailers and rail cars while protecting products and assets.
