This position operates bulk material handling equipment to facilitate the movement of product between buildings, truckloads, and railcar, working inside and outside with exposure to temperature extremes, weather, dirt, and dust potentially working long periods on your feet. Workplace hazards exist that require safety precautions.
High School Diploma Required
5 years' experience operating a forklift inside a warehouse facility and outside yard. Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as wheel loader, conveyors, boom lifts, etc. Previous experience working in a food grade environment (warehouse/manufacturing). Previous experience of working with a warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Ability to work inside and outside with exposure to temperature extremes. Ability to use a calculator and basic math competency. Flexibility to other work assignments including sanitation, value-added, assembly and rework projects. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. safely.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range: $25-$29/hour
The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
