The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, forklift certification, strong English communication, basic math, and the ability to follow detailed instructions. High school diploma or equivalent is needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Forklift certification/authorization required; operate all handling equipment.
• Knowledge of safety programs and emergency plans.
• Excellent communication in English, verbal and written.
• Basic math skills with units of measure.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Use material handling equipment to place merchandise in assigned locations promptly.
• Select and load orders, verify SKUs, and complete transactions via RF.
• Support replenishment for shipping area into pick lines.
• Assist cycle-count duties and handle rework/returns as assigned.
• Ensure lost/damaged goods are processed nightly; verify quantities in system.
• Collaborate with teammates and take on additional duties with a positive attitude.
