Job summary

Oatey North Las Vegas, NV is seeking an warehouse associate to accurately process customer and replenishment orders with focus on safety, quality, and performance. The role supports production through material handling, order picking, and RF scanning to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in a warehouse, good English communication, and the ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English fluency in verbal and written communication.
• Forklift operator authorization and safe operation demonstrated.
• Ability to meet manufacturer weight limits and wear safety tether at height.
• Knowledge of hazardous shipping rules and proper freight handling.
• Willingness to follow instructions and cooperate with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Pull raw material request orders for delivery to specified work centers in production and properly scan in RF device; supply required consumables to production areas and handle disposal of some waste from the production floor.
• Return material to the raw warehouse and consolidate into existing bays where possible upon put away and properly scan in RF device
• Follow all safety procedures, including safety startup checklists for powered industrial vehicles, notifying supervisor of equipment problems, wearing PPE, and maintaining housekeeping and standard work
• Report scrap, damaged product or quality problems to supervisor immediately
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and take on additional responsibilities as assigned
