Job summary

thyssenkrupp seeks a Warehouse Associate to move raw materials, finished products, and equipment on the facility floor using a forklift and other handling tools. The role supports general warehouse functions and adheres to safety and ISO 6S initiatives, with routine problem solving under supervision.

You will stock, pick, and pack orders, load/unload trucks, perform cycle counts, and inspect equipment at shift start. Ability to lift 70 lbs and basic math are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years warehousing experience, metals industry preferred.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs for 100 ft and read/write basic math.
• Previous forklift certification required.
• Safety-minded with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Move materials with forklift and other equipment on the floor.
• Accurately remove and stock products per inventory plan.
• Select and package customer orders correctly.
• Load/unload trucks and verify items match shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and segregate defective material.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards on the warehouse floor.
