Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Material Handler to move materials within manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include supplying production with materials, unloading scrap, delivering finished goods, and using forklifts to handle stock.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accurate handling during shifts. Qualifications include forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED (or 5 years of proven experience), and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• High school diploma or GED, or 5 years proven experience.
• Computer skills required.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment physical testing.
• Ability to work in a team environment with other material handlers on shift as well as assembly/production operators.

Responsibilities

• Supply operators with material needed for production.
• Empty scrap, weigh scrap and load onto trucks.
• Deliver finished product to Packaging department, scan, stretch wrap, create Interplant Bill of Landing and place on truck.
• Supply Department(s) with necessary supplies.
• Communicate with Leaders for follow-up or specific instructions daily.
• Operate manual pallet jacks and moving carts constantly.
• Use forklift to pull and put away materials.
