Job summary

Progress Rail is seeking a Material Handler to support production by pulling materials, stocking, loading, and delivering to proper workstations. This role involves identifying inventory, transporting items to assembly areas, and maintaining accurate records for incoming and outgoing materials.

The position requires a GED or vocational/technical training with 2–5 years of experience, basic PC/data entry skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, unload materials/parts and store in inventory.
• Deliver items to assembly areas, machines, and loading docks.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, mobile equipment, and cranes as required.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing items and communicate with management.
