Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler II to safely move products through receiving, storage, and shipping processes. You will load products, stage materials, print pull sheets, and maintain accurate inventory in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; Lift Truck Certification is preferred. You will work in an industrial setting with exposure to chemicals, noise, and variable temperatures, maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lift Truck Certification preferred.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training and safety training.
• Reads and writes in standard English and performs basic math.

Responsibilities

• Load product on the trucks or stage products at appropriate locations.
• Print pull sheets for orders using established priorities and pull materials indicated.
• May act as a Checker—verifying pulled items against the Pull Sheet for accuracy.
• May operate powered industrial trucks/equipment such as forklifts.
• Follow all safety procedures and perform general housekeeping.
