Qualifications

• Ability to work at a fast pace with very high attention to detail.
• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, and potentially different shifts.
• Requires ability to learn, use and maintain specialized equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines.
• Perform manual production operations as required.
• Verify BOMs, programming requirements, product types, artwork, and markings.
• Adhere to SOPs and work instructions for job functions.
• Conduct daily 5S and preventive maintenance of equipment and areas.
• Contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
