Job summary

Maravai LifeSciences is hiring a Material Handler II in our Order Fulfillment team in Mississippi. You will help maintain warehouse stock and assist in fulfilling orders to support long-term growth and profitability targets.

This role acts as a contact point for daily execution and collaborates with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, R&D, and Commercial. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in shipping, receiving, or inventory control, and is proficient with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4+ years in shipping, receiving, or inventory control preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and Microsoft Office products strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR 820, ICH Q7, ISO 9001, and/or ISO 13485 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments to meet quality specs.
• Verify shipments meet customer order requirements and create labels.
• Package finished goods and coordinate international shipping and customs docs.
• Receive materials, verify paperwork, issue materials, and fulfill production orders.
• Maintain inventory with accurate labeling and storage locations.
• Locate materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Maintain safety and keep inventory in a clean, labeled system.
• Contribute to team effort and perform related duties as needed.
• Other duties as required by the department.
