Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a high‑performing DC operator to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions within our distribution center. This role emphasizes accurate data matching, adherence to safety, and efficient handling of merchandise using RF and WMS technology.

You will process shipments, manage inventory accuracy, and prepare items for shipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
