Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment. The position offers a starting pay of $17.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for the 2nd shift (4pm–4am).

What You Will Do:

• Moving materials and supplies through the facility which may require the use of material handling equipment such as carts, conveyer belts, and pallet jacks.
• Stacking skids or pallets in designated areas, cleaning and disposing of scrap bracing cardboard and strapping.
• Placing items in proper containers or designated areas and conducting intermediate material audits.

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Must be able to work in freezers with subzero temperatures for 4-8 hours per day and stand up to hours per day.
