Arvato in Louisville, KY is seeking a Material Handler II to operate powered industrial equipment, primarily a reach truck, moving component materials between production, staging, and storage. You will use SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs and help transport goods to shipping areas.

This 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11:30pm) position includes a $500 sign-on bonus and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO and employee development opportunities.

Formación

• At least one year operating a reach truck.
• 1+ years in warehouse or logistics work.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality inspections on materials, processes, and finished goods.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming materials.
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service levels.
• Support audits, process checks, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed.

Job Description

As a Material Handler II at Arvato, you will be responsible for operating various powered industrial equipment, primarily a reach truck, to accurately transport component materials between the production departments and stage/storage locations. You will also use SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs as well as transport finished and semi-finished goods from production departments to shipping or other appropriate locations.

2nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus

YOUR TASKS:

• Perform quality inspections on materials, processes, and finished goods
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming materials
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service level expectations
• Support audits, process checks, and continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of experience operating a reach truck.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system) pertaining to warehouse activities required
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
