Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, is seeking a Material Handler II in Louisville, KY. You will operate a reach truck and other powered equipment to move components between production, staging, and shipping areas, using SAP/ERP for data entry.

The role runs on 2nd shift, 3pm–11:30pm, and offers a $500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of reach truck experience.
• 1+ years in warehouse or logistics.

Job Description

As a Material Handler II at Arvato, you will be responsible for operating various powered industrial equipment, primarily a reach truck, to accurately transport component materials between the production departments and stage/storage locations. You will also use SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs as well as transport finished and semi-finished goods from production departments to shipping or other appropriate locations.

2nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.

YOUR TASKS:

• Perform quality inspections on materials, processes, and finished goods
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming materials
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service level expectations
• Support audits, process checks, and continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of experience operating a reach truck.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system) pertaining to warehouse activities required
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
