Eaton is hiring a Material Handler II on the 1st shift in Hodges, SC. Core hours are 7:30 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday. The role focuses on safe material movement, quality, delivery, and inventory accuracy to support efficient warehouse operations.

The position requires forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 6 months in an industrial setting. Salary is $20.00/hour with a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience operating a PIT (Powered Industrial Truck).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Relocation is not offered; within 50 miles of Hodges, SC.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, load, unload, and retrieve materials.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Safely transport materials to trucks, pallets, and storage locations.
• Verify delivery accuracy and inspect materials for damage.
• Complete inventory transactions and cycle counts in the MRP system.
• Follow SOPs, method sheets, safety policies, and WSRA requirements.
• Use radios to coordinate with team members and prioritize tasks.
• Dispose of scrap materials according to procedures.
• Flex into other warehouse areas to support operations.
