Summary of Position Mission
Responsible forthe safe and damagefree handling ofallproducts and parts throughoutthe Warehouse.
- Performs counts on firearms and parts underdirect supervision
- Progressivelyimproves upon and maintains acceptable pace of work beingperformed in accordance with
- Company standards
- Stays on task withassigned duties at all times
- Adheres toall employmentpolicies/safety policies/practicesrequired by law/established by Company
- Wears allnecessary Personal Protective Equipment directed by Company at all times
- Demonstrates sound working knowledge of firearms safety
- Maintains and keeps workstationand department areas clean
- Reports any maintenance and/or safety issues to immediate supervisor
- Demonstrates a positive attitude toward co-workers, other departments and the Company
- Maintains respect, courtesy and professionalismtowards all co-workers andthe Company
- Regulatory Compliance
- Other duties will be assigned as required.
- Providessupport to otherWarehouse areas as directed
- Completes allrequired basic paperworktimelyand accurately as necessary
- Exercises safe and accurate operation of etching equipment when set up
- Must be able to obtain a forklift operators certificate, by passing required certification programand demonstrate the safe operationofthe forkliftatall times
- Performs unsupervisedinitial inventory count onproducts and parts
- Performs allsort and gradein accordance with Company standards withoutsupervision
- Abilityto safelyset up program and operate etching equipment
- Completes any required paperwork accurately and timelyforall functions

Job Description
- A generalmechanical skillis highly desirable
- Must be capable offollowing all established environmental safety protocols required by OSHA/Federal/State Agencies and the Company
- Interact effectively witha variety of people
- Abilityto operate small hand tools
- Abilitytomove objects as requested and necessary
- Abilityto accept and follow directions
- This position requires attentionto detail as well asthe ability to followdirections and organizeand prioritize accordingly
Working Conditions
Workis normallyperformed in a climate-controlled office environmentand throughouta heated manufacturing and warehousefacility. Exposure to conditions ofextreme heat/cold, poor ventilation,fumes and gases is verylimited. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of lightmanufacturing,shipping and receiving, and normal officeequipment (computers, telephones, etc.). No knownenvironmental hazards are encountered in normal performance ofjob duties.
