Job summary

Century International Arms, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler I, II to ensure safe and damage-free handling of all products and parts within the warehouse.

You will perform counts, follow company policies, and maintain clean work areas while supporting shipping and receiving operations in Vermont. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, ability to operate small hand tools and etching equipment, and willingness to obtain a forklift certification.

Qualifications

• General mechanical skills are highly desirable.
• Ability to follow environmental safety protocols per OSHA/Federal/State agencies and the Company.
• Interact effectively with a variety of people.
• Ability to operate small hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and move objects safely.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification and demonstrate safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Performs counts on firearms and parts under direct supervision.
• Progressively improves pace of work in accordance with Company standards.
• Stays on task with assigned duties at all times and follows policies.
• Wears PPE as directed by Company and adheres to safety practices.
• Reports maintenance and safety issues to immediate supervisor.
• Provides support to other warehouse areas as directed.
• Completes required basic paperwork timely and accurately.
