Job summary

Mohawk Industries is a Fortune 500, global flooring leader seeking a warehouse associate to safely handle products in distribution, locate and ship goods. The role involves pulling pallets or boxes, using a forklift, and adhering to safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform cycle counts, pallet audits, and routine housekeeping while following established procedures and participating in required training. This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to become certified on all lift types (fork, reach truck, cherry picker).
• Ability to operate on-board RF equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pulls products from warehouse pallets and transports to docks using a forklift or manual handling.
• Picks product from rack locations.
• Performs cycle counts for picking and bulk locations.
• Audits pallets to ensure accurate orders.
• Complies with safety policies including Zero Contact Forklift program.
• Operate stretch wrap machine.
• Attend required training and follow SOPs.
• Perform general housekeeping and other tasks as assigned by management.
