Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to become certified on all types of lift equipment.
• Basic PC skills for data entry and email.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and external drivers.
• Must be able to work independently, without constant supervision.
• Must be an effective team member.
• Ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Pulls products (bulk pallets using forklift or individual boxes manually), ranging from one small piece of flooring to a whole pallet, and transports from warehouse to docks using a lift.
• Picks product from rack locations.
• Performs Cycle Counts for picking and bulk locations.
• Audits pallets to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Complies with all company safety policies and procedures including participating in Zero Contact Forklift Program through daily inspection of Powered Industrial Equipment.
• Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
