Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers with attention to detail and timely task completion.
• Interact professionally with shipping companies, purchasing teams, customer service and branch management.
• Direct non-standard issues and inquiries to senior warehouse personnel for resolution.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
• Safely operate forklift or other equipment to load, unload, sort, stage and transport products.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supplying materials, pulling from shelves, packing boxes and placing orders in delivery area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment with proper storage and debris control.
