Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a warehouse associate in Wilmington, OH to provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers and to handle daily warehouse tasks with precision.

You will operate forklifts, process orders, coordinate with shipping and purchasing teams, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area. Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned is required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in the gas industry is a plus.
• Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers by maintaining attention to detail and completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Interact professionally with shipping companies, purchasing teams, customer service and/or branch management.
• Direct non-standard issues and customer inquiries to senior warehouse personnel for appropriate resolution.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
• Safely operate forklift or other equipment to load, unload, sort, stage and transport products.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes and placing orders in designated delivery area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by ensuring product is stored properly and areas remain free of debris.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
