Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the United States. The role focuses on providing outstanding service to internal and external customers while maintaining accuracy and timely task completion.

You will interact with shipping, purchasing, customer service, and branch management to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include operating a forklift, preparing and packing orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience is preferred
• Experience in the gas industry is a plus
• Prior forklift experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Interact professionally with shipping companies, purchasing teams, customer service and/or branch management
• Direct non-standard issues and customer inquiries to senior warehouse personnel for appropriate resolution
• Follow all Linde safety procedures and promote a safe work environment by encouraging others to do the same
• Safely operate forklift or other equipment to load, unload, sort, stage and transport products
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes and placing orders in designated delivery area
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by ensuring product is stored properly and areas remain free of debris
• Perform other duties as assigned
