Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. seeks a Material Handler for our Greer, SC facility. Responsibilities include receiving, shipping, cycle counting, picking, packing, and quality checks with attention to detail and accurate item tracking.

Requires a High School diploma and 6 months to 1 year in a warehouse setting. Proficiency with handheld scanners and pallet jacks is preferred. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution center, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, OSHA guidelines, and housekeeping policies.
• Receives product deliveries and unloads shipping containers.
• Scans, stocks, and tracks materials using a WMS / handheld scanner.
• Performs cycle counts and inventories; reconciles discrepancies.
• Packs, labels, and prepares shipments; operates packing equipment as needed.
