Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate shipments, verifying documentation, handling delicate items, and performing weekly cycle counts. Proficiency with ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software is required; lifting up to 60 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Proven ability to follow policies, procedures, and schedules.
• Good computer skills to navigate ERP systems and Outlook to support daily operations.
• Detail oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and shipment per procedures and customer requirements.
• Maintain high quality to ensure correct product delivery on time.
• Verify material quality, type, amount, and documentation (e.g. packing list).
• Handle delicate items with attention to detail to ensure flawless on-time shipments.
• Unpack, label, and stock inventory items.
• Package items for customer shipments and internal manufacturing lines.
• Print postage and ship via FedEx and UPS.
• Schedule freight shipments.
• Perform shipping/receiving/finished goods transactions in MS NAV (ERP).
• Perform weekly cycle counts and other inventory control initiatives.
• Monitor shipping/receiving dock operations.
• Develop positive relationships with internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with customs, export, and applicable laws and regulations.
