Job summary

ACE Thermal Systems is seeking a Material Handler I for a 6-month contract. You will pull material orders, organize the warehouse, and assist with data entry as we implement a new database system.

This on-site role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, focusing on accurate picking, FIFO stocking, and collaboration with production to prioritize parts. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Relevant warehousing or parts pulling experience is preferred.
• Must be onsite for 6 am - 2:30 pm shifts, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Pull open material orders daily and prioritize by production dates.
• Use pick tickets to pull stock matching part numbers and quantities.
• Update ERP inventory to reflect pulled parts.
• Package parts securely for transit and maintain organized staging areas.
• Assist in data entry and database organization for new systems.
