Job summary

ACE Thermal Systems is seeking a Material Handler I for a 6-month contract, on-site in Thornton, CO. You will pull orders, organize the warehouse, and perform data entry while supporting a new database implementation. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely fulfillment of production needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work onsite 6 am–2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Prior warehousing experience is preferred, and the role offers on-site work only.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related warehousing experience preferred.
• onsite work 6 am - 2:30 pm; Monday through Friday; temporary 6 month contract.
• Ability to pull parts, verify part numbers, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pull open material orders daily and prioritize by production date.
• Use pick tickets to gather stock matching part numbers and quantities.
• Check parts for damage and escalate nonconformance.
• Package parts to prevent damage in picking and transit.
• Update ERP inventory to reflect pulled quantities and locations.
• Stock inventory using FIFO and verify locations in ERP.
• Collaborate with manager to develop skills and maintain a safe warehouse.
