Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Material Handler to move and transport materials within and between warehouses on a 12-hour day shift (6:00am–6:30pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule. This role reports to the Supervisor, Warehouse and handles receipts, shipments, and cycle counting.

Ideal candidates have shipping/receiving experience and operate PITs; familiarity with SAP, WES, Outlook, Temp Tracer or similar systems to support KPIs and inventory accuracy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping and receiving operations.
• Familiarity with PITs and safety procedures.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and follow SOPs and site guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with all SOPs, GMPs, and site guidelines, including OSHA, FDA, DEA, and FTZ mandates.
• Safely and proficiently operate multiple types of Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs) and report incidents or accidents immediately.
• Complete daily PIT safety check lists and properly charge PIT batteries.
• Operate non-PIT equipment such as hand pallet jacks, pallet-exchange machines, pallet stretch-wrappers, and pallet-banding machines.
• Maintain proficiency in SAP (including Radio Frequency devices), WES, Outlook, Temp Tracer, and other warehouse programs.
• Support site and department KPIs.
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with cycle-counting and location audit activities.
• Perform receiving, shipping, and storage responsibilities for direct materials (raw material, WIP, finished goods), chemicals (including tank farm), hazardous (HAZMAT) and non-stock materials.
• Support all production-area warehouses.
• Communicate Bill of Lading information with truck drivers and carriers.
• Update system records (BOL, MRR, POD, etc.) and complete related documentation.
