Job summary

Crane is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Lockbourne, OH to efficiently fulfill client orders on-site. You will handle packaging, loading/unloading, and accurate documentation while following Crane SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires forklift certification within 90 days, HS diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of related experience. This position emphasizes meticulous work, teamwork, and on-site presence in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Greater than one-year of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Sign off bill of lading (BOL), cross check packing list and picks.
• Fills client orders safely and per Crane SOPs.
• Maintain safe working environment and comply with quality standards.
• Read work orders and move materials as instructed.
• Operate equipment only after training (pallet jack, rider jack, standup, order picker, turret, reach, forklift 5K).
• Load/unload materials and secure cargo for transit.
• Record units moved and label materials.
• Scan freight with RF equipment and complete paperwork.
