Job summary

Amcor in Pennsylvania is hiring a Warehouse/Material Handler to perform daily inspection and care of equipment and to support warehouse operations.

You will load and unload trailers, complete cycle counts, pull orders, stage finished product, and report inventory discrepancies. A valid forklift permit and the ability to work weekends or overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid forklift permit.
• Must meet physical requirements for warehouse duties.
• Legible handwriting for record-keeping.
• Good math skills and basic computer skills.
• Able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent communication and team orientation.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers in a safe manor.
• Complete cycle counts.
• Stage finished product.
• Pull orders from inventory and report inventory discrepancies.
• Work weekends and/or overtime as assigned.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid Fork-lift permit
• Meet physical requirements.

Physical Requirements (limited list provided):

• Mounting and dismounting forklift
• Driving forklift
• Changing forklift battery /or propane tank
• Transferring product from pallet to pallet
• Picking up empty pallets and stacking them

Starting wage for this position is $20.50.
