Equiliem in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Material Handler I to support receiving, stockroom and shipping in a manufacturing setting. The role involves ERP transactions, cycle counts, and accurate material movement.

You will work under safety guidelines, process hazardous shipments, and maintain inventory records while collaborating with internal and external customers. A HS diploma and 1+ year logistics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience in logistics or warehousing preferred.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems preferred.
• Able to read English drawings and work orders.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• ITAR and DOT drug/alcohol testing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Support receiving, stockroom, and shipping processes.
• Accurately pull and issue materials to production.
• Receive materials and process ERP transactions.
• Ship finished goods and process vendor shipments.
• Verify counts, packaging, serial numbers, docs, and destinations.
• Prepare shipping docs and invoicing in ERP systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety policies.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
