Job summary

Active Dynamics Novi is seeking a motivated Material Handler to support production by transporting materials, stocking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to production lines.

Candidate should have 3+ years of experience, strong math skills, and familiarity with ERP/inventory systems. OT work and OSHA forklift certification are advantages. Excellent organizational and communication skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Experience with ERP & inventory management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, pick lists, receiving documents and inventory reports.
• OSHA forklift certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends/evenings.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials and in-process assemblies to production areas on schedule.
• Deliver materials to production areas in correct quantity and condition.
• Safely operate PIT equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes and hoists.
• Perform pre-use safety inspections and basic maintenance.
