Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Material Handler I to perform shipping, receiving, and storage tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires forklift operation, basic computer use, and adherence to safety standards.

You will verify shipments, prepare documentation, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while maintaining clean, organized work areas. Some after-hours work and driving duties may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Unload and move shipments from shipping/receiving to storage or work areas.
• Record incoming/outgoing shipments in Warehouse Management System.
• Prepare packing slips, labels, bills of lading, and other documents.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas and equipment.
• Replenish stock from reserve locations as needed.
• Operate a forklift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
