Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 0–1 year of related experience or equivalent.
• Preferred experience with a picker, forklift, RF scanner, and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC wholesale industry (preferred).
• OSHA and safety regulations experience (preferred).
• Forklift certification required, or willingness to obtain on the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment safely to locate, store, and move products daily.
• Receive products by unloading trucks using forklift or manual handling.
• Verify shipments against packing lists and document discrepancies.
• Label and scan products with barcodes and maintain stock accuracy.
• Fill orders by picking, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and follow SOPs; participate in audits.
