Job summary

Lennox is seeking to fill an hourly non-exempt role where you will stage materials and sub-assemblies for production, ensuring the workflow. You will locate materials and expedite shortages to keep lines running smoothly and communicate issues to supervisors.

The position offers an hourly pay rate starting at $20.00 per hour, with overtime eligibility and a full benefits package including health, retirement, and time-off perks.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing and numerical ability.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds; operate powered equipment such as forklift.

Responsibilities

• Stage materials and sub-assemblies for production and ensure workflow.
• Locate materials and expedite shortages within the plant; maintain supply flow.
• Communicate all parts issues to group leaders and supervisors.
