Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years’ Warehouse and Logistics experience.
• 1-2 years’ forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn LEAN principles; training provided.
• Great communication skills.
• Understanding of logistics, shipping, receiving, and standard work instruction protocols.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Prior experience with Inventory control preferred.
• Excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Use hand trucks, pallet jacks and other equipment to move material in the warehouse.
• Unload inbound products and load outbound items.
• Weigh products and take measurements (DIMS).
• Receive, unpack, verify, and stock products in WMS.
• Conduct stock checks and cycle counts; support inventory.
• Pack, wrap, and label products for shipping and storage.
• Stage shipments and ensure proper delivery documents.
• Notify leads about discrepancies (OSD) found during picking.
• Process RAM and reconcile shipments for inbound/outbound.
• Follow safety regulations and RK policies.
