Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking candidates for a distribution center role focused on material handling, inventory accuracy, and safe operations. You will work with RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS to process inbound/outbound shipments and store returns.

Qualifications

Ability to accurately match item numbers, quantities, and shipping docs.
Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Able to lift/move merchandise safely.
Willingness to learn warehouse systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, stock, pick, pack, stage and ship merchandise.
Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, and shipping docs.
Process inbound/outbound shipments and store returns per policy.
Operate RF scanners, voice-picking systems, and WMS.
Store and retrieve merchandise from various locations.
Load/unload trailers and route freight securely.
Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning and audits.
Identify unsafe conditions and report to leadership.
