O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping operations. You will use RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes safety, inventory control, and adherence to procedures while supporting other warehouse tasks as needed. Experience with automotive parts is a plus, and growth opportunities exist within the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphanumeric information.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and warehouse software as required.
