Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Arlington, TN is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Associate to support order fulfillment. You will pick orders, print shipping labels, assemble boxes, and verify accuracy to ensure safe, timely delivery.

This onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm with overtime as needed; candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well in a team. Physical effort includes lifting up to 50 lbs and standing long periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick orders based on location and product requested.
• Prepare and print shipping labels for USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
• Assemble and fill boxes and cartons with items to be shipped.
• Verify order accuracy by matching quantities and types.
• Observe packaging procedures to ensure shipment safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
