Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required PIV certifications.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation assistance offered; within 50-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Collect and return all cycled Kanban cards to the appropriate Material Planner.
• Perform rack audits and scan racks to identify stockouts.
• Support and assist in managing the Production Tower.
• Partner with planners to locate missing or misplaced materials.
• Utilize AS400 system to locate materials as needed.
• Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) and follow safety protocols.
• Conduct daily pre-use inspections of PIV equipment; report issues.
• Consolidate partial pallets at POU locations to maintain space and flow.
• Stock POU locations using FIFO and spike card consumption methods.
• Complete accurate inventory transactions using scanning equipment.
• CI practices to enhance material storage and stocking processes.
