Job summary

Terex Corporation’s Ferrara/KME division in Holden, MO is seeking a Material Handler to move raw materials and finished goods between production areas and warehouses. You will deliver parts to the assembly line and maintain inventory records to support production schedules on a 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Monday–Thursday schedule, with occasional overtime.

Ideal candidates read, write, and communicate in English, have basic math skills, and can operate a Power Industrial Vehicle (PIV).

Qualifications

• Read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate in English
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Able to communicate clearly in one-on-one conversations
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Prior material handling experience in warehouse/industrial environment

Responsibilities

• Delivers parts to production areas in a timely manner
• Counts material, equipment, or supplies and updates inventory records
• Prepares a list of depleted or defective items
• Locate and extract information from files or online locations as requested
• Report all safety incidents to supervisor
• Participate in inventories by data entry and supporting inventory processes
