Generac is seeking a Material Handler to support production by picking warehouse parts and delivering them to assembly areas, ensuring efficient utilization of people, materials, and equipment to meet customer demand.

Shift hours are 5:30am-3:30pm Monday to Thursday with overtime on Fridays as required. Qualifications include 0-5 years experience across levels I–III, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and basic computer/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of experience for Material Handler I; 1-3 years for II; 2-5 years for III.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively work in a team and communicate clearly.
• Basic PC knowledge and problem solving.
• Ability to read and perform basic reading, writing, and math functions.

Responsabilités

• Pick warehouse parts and deliver them to assembly areas to support production.
• Work with production lines to maximize utilization of people, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain Safety, Quality, CI and Productivity standards.
• Complete forklift operations per procedure.
• Follow all policies and training requirements.
