O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate in the United States to accurately receive, process, and ship merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

You will use RF scanners, voice-picking systems, and WMS to move goods through inbound, outbound, and returns processes, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with policy. Experience in fast-paced warehouses is a plus.

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment including lifting and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, and racking systems.
• Load and unload trailers and secure shipments to prevent damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing and discrepancy resolution.
• Keep work areas organized, clean and safe; report hazards promptly.
