Job summary

ESPEC North America seeks a dedicated Material Handler to join the Materials Department. This full-time role supports production by stocking, pulling parts, and delivering materials, while keeping accurate records in the ERP system.

You will use hand tools, operate a forklift, perform cycle counts, and organize shelves to ensure efficient production flow. The position involves lifting up to 50 lbs and working a Monday-Thursday schedule with Friday OT.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use a tablet for order selecting.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Experience operating a forklift or willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to walk up and down stairs and use ladders at elevated heights.
• Previous related experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Uses hand tools.
• Performs cycle counting of stockroom items.
• Kits; pulls parts, prints paperwork, delivers to departments.
• Receives; stocks incoming parts, maintains locations, delivers to production from shortage list.
• Restocks shelves using first in first out.
• Organizes shelves; part numbers/manufacturer numbers visible, pulls consumables for production, orders for stock.
• May operate forklift.
• Cleans work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
